Terms and Conditions

1. If you have any queries on the products, kindly clear all your doubts first before ordering. Pls ensure you're ok with the size before ordering, (i'll try my best to provide the measurement) as there will be no refunds or exchange of goods if the clothings doesn't fit.

2. Strictly no meet ups, delivery of the items will be done via post only.

3. Kindly please take note that there might be slight variation of the colors of the goods as compared to the pictures shown in the blog due to monitor resolution.

4. Please arrange payment to be made within 3 days after the confirmation of order is being emailed to you. Once payment is made, no cancellation and changes of order or refund of payment will be entertained.

5. Fund transfer payment (using either ATM or internet banking) to "POSB Saving Account" within 3days upon receiving the confirmation email. Once funds is transfered, kindly email trixiepixiegal@gmail.com to notify us for our tracking purposes. Your purchased items will be packed and posted out within 3days. Please email us should there be any problems with the payment.

6. For items that are out-of-stock, you may opt for an exchange of item, otherwise refund of money will be made.

7. All items will be mailed out by registered postage (recommended) or normal postage (at your own risk) at your own choice. TrixiePixieGal will NOT be responsible for any lost items post via normal postage.

8. Postage will depend on the weight of the parcel. Normal mailing will be used unless requested by customer for registered mail*. Normal mail postage for parcel below 2KG will range from SGD1.00 - SGD3.50. There will be an additional SGD2.20 for registered mail. For parcel more than 2KG, the charges will go by Singpost courier service islandwide.Postage will depend on the weight of the parcel. Normal mailing will be used unless requested by customer for registered mail*. Normal mail postage for parcel below 2KG will range from SGD1.00 - SGD3.50.
